I am in the process of opening my first restaurant, a
neighborhood place in San Francisco, Noe Valley. We're just beginning the remodeling process, so still
10 months away from opening.
I've been scouring the web for sites that can provide practical information on
information systems systems,
common pitfalls, advice, etc.
Dinersoft.com is absolutely the most practical and useful site I've found, including the ones that you've
linked to. I actually had exactly Raechelle's
question about where to find a comprehensive, side-by-side review of available restaurant POS
systems. While you're site doesn't do exactly the full comparative review I'd like, it's head and shoulders above anything else I can find anywhere else
on the web. In addition, unlike most editors, you didn't dodge Raechelle's question and actually gave
her a straight answer on what you'd recommend.
I don't normally send sycophantic raves, but I just wanted to say that I've found
Dinersoft to
be excellent. You and your colleagues deserve a big congratulations.

I just wanted to say thanks for Dinersoft. It is a great and interesting
website. But I see lots of those and never stop to thank the folks who
created it. The thing that you did that was absolutely fantastic is you set
up a poll for folks to share their opinion about POS systems. I am in the
midst of the incredibly frustrating process of trying to select one and that
poll made my decision much, much easier.
