We're not talking a side of fries with ranch dressing or broil instead of fry; we're talking about those 'interesting' groups of people who can start with the braised veal in lemon sauce served on a bed of linguine, and turn it into sautéed garlic shrimp served with rice and baby bok choy, even though they're in an Italian restaurant and there isn't a Chinese restaurant within 10 miles. Don't don't try to tell them no, and be prepared to have them send the dish back and change it again. These people do not tip for this form of entertainment either.
