"I'll have coffee?" (Drop off coffee) "May I have some water too?" (Drop off water) "And a lemon?"
(Drop off lemons) "Straw?" (Drop off straw) "Do you have REAL cream, I can't use this half-fake stuff?"
(Drop off "Real" cream -- which had to be fought for from either the kitchen, or bartender.)
"This is Decaf, right?"  "Sure, absolutely."  "O.K. do you have another spoon, I dropped mine?"
(Pick up spoon they dropped off floor, by their feet.) "Sure."
(Walk into back, do 'one-eighty' & walk back to table.)
"Here you go," (Clean spoon.)  "May I take your order?"
"I haven't even looked yet, give me a minute."
(Return) "Make a decision?" (Take order, return with salads.) "Fresh Pepper?" "No."
"Alright anything else I can get for you?" "No."
(Notice frantic waving and/or snapping fingers)
"Yes, what can I get for you?" "I need some more Ranch please." (Return with dressing) "I think I would like some pepper?"
(Return with Pepper Mill)  "More coffee." (Return with coffee) "I'm out of cream..."
Continues, usually all the way through paying the check...
