Cooks better than Servers?

On December 27, 1999, the following was "posted" on the alt.restaurants.professionals newsgroup:  "OK News-Groupies...This may be a loaded question, but...Which would you rather have, a great server or a great cook? Choose one. My choice, 365 days a year...a great cook. Servers are a dime a dozen. Cooks are worth their weight in gold."
