Todd Lejnieks, Dinersoft Founder

Todd has been in the restaurant business for 15 years and started,  he says proudly, as a dishwasher.  He has since been a cook, server, kitchen manager, general manager, regional manager and project manager.  He opened several new markets for Chevys, Inc., participated in the creation of restaurant software, and conducted training and development workshops, as well as authoring training manuals for both back and front of house positions.  He is a writer and an avid webhead.  He now works for Buca Di Beppo restaurants.  Some of his writing can be read on his personal home page.  At times, he can be found using Yahoo's Instant Messenger.

Dave Van Fossen, Dinersoft Co-Founder

Dave's career has spanned fine dining, theme restaurants, catering and being a TV chef.   His menu creativity and operational talents have been utilized by a diverse range of companies, from Bubba Gump's to Hotel Sofatel to Chevys Fresh Mex.  He is currently on parole from "the trenches" and works for Alliant Foodservice.  His column, "Ask Dave", is a popular feature on Dinersoft.

Greg owns Lejnieks Fine Art, an art brokerage firm, specializing in contemporary artists.  He has 16 years experience in management, sales & marketing, business development, and cost management for entrepreneurial-based environments. He has conducted sales and business expansion through partnerships and representation contracts in Japan, Canada, France, and the United States. Past clients include the Rockefeller Family, the Eastwood Family, Masco Corporation, and Nagi Corporation..  He has played amateur and pro soccer around the world and brings his global experience and entrepreneurial expertise to Dinersoft.

Paul Paz
20 years as a hospitality professional career waiter. Columnist for Monthly trade newspaper. Seminars on hospitality training and customer service and sales. Only waiter ever to serve on the Oregon Restaurant Association Board of Directors. 
Paul writes a monthly column for Dinersoft and runs a great egroup for Waiters (Waiter's World).  His is currently working on a food service textbook.
